What goes into the making of a drool worthy hot bod? It's hours of meticulous back breaking workouts and of course some calorie counted petite meals. Kangana Ranaut follows this routine with near scientific precision. In preparation for an upcoming role, she's completely gone off sugar, carbohydrates and fat of all kinds.

Her customized dabbas reach her Khar residence dot at 7am every morning and they boast of 70% protein and 30% fiber.

Her typical diet is rich in vegetarian protein sources. She devours Lean Tofu, Soya and Quinoa in three out of four small sized meals she consumes in the day.

There's no chance of a cheat meal at all. She snacks on Sweet Potato and Tofu scramble in between meals. The actress avoids refined and packaged foods like the plague. Basically, anything pre-packaged does not make the cut to her dining table. Well, you see, staying at the top of your fitness game no easy task.

Timing is key! Kangana consumes small meals every few hours. Film shoots, press conferences, photo-shoots and the world at large can wait if it's time for her highness to eat her breakfast, lunch, evening snack OR dinner for that matter. She consumes breakfast at 8am, lunch at 12pm, snack at 3pm and dinner is polished off by 7pm tops.

Being in the top rung of the #fitfam revolution comes at a price. Especially when you have size zero competition staring at your face.





Oh! And by the way, we are told that she's waiting for her next blockbuster as an excuse to demolish a sugar laden piece of cake. Drumrolls! This is the time when the chorus sings, 'Aapke muh main ghee shakar'!
